We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance / Office Administrator with experience in booking systems, data input, and invoicing to join the Highlands’ largest and most dynamic children, families and childcare charity.

We are looking for a competent, confident, and experienced individual who will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookings, processing invoices, and providing essential administrative support to ensure our services operate efficiently.

CALA’s Beechwood ELC, located on the grounds of UHI Inverness, has an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team supporting children aged 0–5 years.

We are seeking a fun, engaged and motivated Early Years Practitioner with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with young children. The successful candidate will help provide a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn, play and thrive.
